We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our fast-growing AI tech company. At Lingio, we develop accessible and effective language training with innovative methods such as gamification, micro-learning, and AI.

About the role As an important part of our knowledgeable sales team, which consists of a sales manager, salespeople, and SDRs, you will be responsible for the entire sales process. Once the deal is closed, our Customer Success team takes over delivery and onboarding, while you maintain the commercial relationship and continue to develop the business through upselling new modules and more users. You will have support from our SDRs who book qualified meetings, but you are also expected to take the initiative for activities, prospect, and drive sales from start to finish.

You build long-term relationships, listen curiously, challenge with value, and close deals that make a difference in society. For real! You will work with both companies and municipalities, where everyone from HR managers and IT managers to operations managers is your target audience. The deals are often large and strategically important, which requires the ability to shift between fast processes and more complex sales cycles, and to meet each target group with the right tone, pace, and confidence.

We are looking for someone who...

... has experience selling B2B SaaS and is used to handling larger deals. Driving the process from first contact to signed agreement is not new to you. Curiosity drives you forward. You stay updated, take initiative, and adapt quickly to change. Structure, pace, and personal responsibility are a natural part of your work style.

You are a clear and attentive communicator with a sense of how language and tone affect relationships. Making deals that actually matter is important to you, and you see value in contributing to integration and language development in the workplace. A strong work ethic, digital skills, and confidence in complex deals enable you to deliver and help others succeed. You are willing to share, dare to challenge, and are driven by continuously developing your own sales skills.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with HR tech being a plus

  • You have owned and driven sales processes with budget responsibility of 5–10 MSEK ARR and have a strong track record as a top-performing salesperson

  • Experience selling to companies – and preferably also to municipalities

  • A verbal ability that allows you to reach out, engage, and build trust in meetings with customers

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
